Blessed Educational Environments (BEE) was founded by Alyson and Fred Pirotina (“Ms. Alyson” and “Mr. Fred” to children and parents alike). BEE cooperates with local organizations to provide childcare programs—bringing staffing, a rich curriculum, management expertise, and back-office functions to organizations that have the facilities for preschool or childcare but lack the resources and experience. The company provides a unique benefit by allowing schools, churches, and other organizations to put their existing facilities to good use, creating a hub for family and community life.
BEE maintains a staff of loyal, high-quality teachers. Most of our staff has been with BEE for more than five years, and staffing assignments are confirmed well in advance to minimize turnover. All teachers are experienced, trained in childcare and child development, and First Aid and CPR certified.
Alyson Pirotina has been coordinating part-time children's education programs for more than 18 years. She opened her first independent preschool program in 2004, partnering with a local dance studio in Leander, Texas. She began collaborating with churches in 2007. BEE was founded as her programs expanded to include multiple locations.
In addition to owning and operating BEE, Alyson has also owned and operated a private piano studio since 1999. She created a Christian-based preschool music program called Sing A New Song and has dedicated her career to serving God’s children through song. Alyson holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and is a classically trained pianist and an accomplished flautist. In addition, she is a certified Musikgarten© instructor, specializing in their Cycle of Seasons and God’s Children Sing programs. She has a background check on file with the Catholic Diocese of Austin and has completed their Ethics and Integrity in Ministry training. Alyson is active in music and teaching in the Diocese of Austin and at St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
Fred Pirotina studied Business Management at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. He served as a trusted advisor and client site manager for Ricoh Management Services (previously IKON Office Solutions) for nearly two decades before joining Alyson to launch BEE. Fred is a State-licensed Child Care Director. He oversaw the launch of BEE’s after-school program and full-day summer camp and now serves as the chief point of contact for all BEE programs at Lord of Life Lutheran Church. Fred loves everything automotive and is an avid collector of Hot Wheels.
Ms. Alyson and Mr. Fred have been married for more than 20 years and are the proud parents of a grown daughter, Bianca.
